As a Server, your hospitality skills will be critical as you are often the direct point of contact for guests, affecting their overall dining impressions. The Server role goes beyond simply taking orders; it involves engaging guests through friendly interactions, promoting the restaurant’s offerings such as new products and special promotions, and working as a team player to create an impeccable guest experience throughout their visit.\n\nThis role also emphasizes operational excellence, requiring servers to thoroughly understand the menu specifications and ensure accuracy in billing aligned with party size. Servers will also carry out opening and closing procedures, perform side work responsibilities, and follow correct table bussing techniques to maintain smooth restaurant flow. By adhering to safety and cleanliness standards, servers contribute to a secure and sanitary environment, complying fully with local health regulations. This ensures that both guests and coworkers enjoy a safe and pleasant environment, a priority for the establishment. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- ensures guest satisfaction and promotes return visits by following the eight steps of service
- practices positive public relations through ensuring the restaurant is welcoming and inclusive for all guests
- aware of the guests' needs and works to make the guests' experience pleasurable
- shows enthusiasm and knowledge about new products and special promotions
- promotes teamwork by assisting other servers to ensure outstanding guest service
- thoroughly understands product specifications and ensures guests' receipts match the number of guests dining
- performs opening and closing procedures and side work duties
- brings equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
- familiar with the correct table bussing procedures
- follows safe work practices to ensure personal safety and the safety of others
- performs duty roster and meets cleanliness service and quality standards
- follows local health department laws
