This part-time, non-management Food and Beverage server position is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food and beverages and enthusiastic about creating warm and inviting guest experiences. The role operates during evening shifts, including weekends and holidays, providing a competitive training and PTO pay rate of $19.40 per hour, with the base pay range for the job set at $12.93 per hour. This tip-eligible position invites candidates to bring their serving experience or a strong desire to learn within a supportive and team-oriented environment.

As a Food and Beverage server at Renaissance Hotels, you will be the face of the dining experience, greeting guests warmly, attending to their tables promptly, and serving food and beverages with professionalism and care. Your knowledge of the menu will be essential in assisting guests with special requests or questions, utilizing the MICROS system to register transactions accurately and ensuring guest satisfaction by checking in on each dish and beverage served. The role includes maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the dining area by cleaning tables, completing closing duties, and restocking supplies.

This role is tailored for individuals with good conversational skills, a positive attitude, and an extroverted personality that thrives in a collaborative team setting. While prior serving experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, as passion for hospitality and eagerness to grow are equally valued. Candidates must be physically capable of moving and lifting items up to 25 pounds, maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform, and be available for an initial training and safety certification.
