Servers are tasked with naturally connecting to guests, recognizing their unique needs even before they are voiced. This role includes managing opening, closing, and mid-shift duties such as restocking and cleaning, ensuring the space is orderly and inviting throughout operational hours. Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • passion for food, people and the planet
  • energetic attitude and personality
  • knowledge of menu items including Taco Tuesday and Weekend Brunch
  • ability to connect with guests and anticipate their needs
  • willingness to take direction and work both independently and with a team
  • able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
  • able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily or as needed
  • open-mindedness, honesty, and willingness to learn and develop
  • personal passion for wellness and self-growth
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • able to tolerate potential food allergens
  • compliance with cash handling procedures and health and safety standards
  • ability to perform additional opening, closing and mid-shift responsibilities

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
  • strong knowledge of menu items and food preparation methods
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • passion for food, people, and sustainability
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team
