The role of Server at Amavida is hospitality-focused and offers both full-time and part-time positions within the culinary team. Servers provide hands-on dining service within the community, ensuring that residents receive exemplary hospitality and enjoy an inviting dining atmosphere. This position requires close attention to community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.

Servers take an active role in maintaining the high food quality, appearance, and dining room presentation standards that Amavida prides itself on. Responsibilities include setting tables, maintaining orderly workstations, taking and serving orders graciously and courteously, and responding knowledgeably to questions about menu items. The Server acts as an ambassador of hospitality within the dining room, demonstrating proper serving etiquette and fostering a welcoming and pleasant experience for all residents and guests.

The pay range for this role is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, based on experience, with employment status as full-time for the primary opening.
