As a server at Ruth's Chris Steak House, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for every Guest who walks through the door.   • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Strong customer service skills
