Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Strong customer service skills
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Must be able to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in a customer service or server role preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Basic math skills for handling payments
Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional table service
Present menus and explain daily specials and menu items
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
Ensure guest touch points are clean and sanitized
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any issues
Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously
Process guest payments and thank them for their patronage
