We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly server to join our team, contributing to our high standards of service during both lunch and dinner hours. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a restaurant or bar setting, with knowledge of craft beer, wine, and spirits considered a valuable asset. This role focuses on delivering impeccable guest interaction by greeting guests warmly, serving food and beverages responsibly, and offering knowledgeable recommendations to enhance each guest’s experience.
As a server with us, you will be expected to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20 pounds, and maintain stamina for long working hours when required. Given the dynamic nature of service in food and beverage hospitality, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be interacting directly with customers, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met with efficiency and professionalism.
