The Server position at Century Park Associates is integral to delivering restaurant-style dining experiences with a hospitality focus tailored to the needs of seniors. Whether part-time (15+ hours per week) or full-time (30-40 hours per week), this role offers an opportunity to work in a fun and rewarding dining room setting open seven days a week. The Server reports directly to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor. Key responsibilities include providing attentive service to residents, assisting with meal preparation and dining room setup, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout service. The role also involves supporting fellow servers, especially new team members, through training and guidance by lead servers who help uphold Century Park’s standards.

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about working with seniors and motivated by a desire to provide exceptional customer service. The position requires at least one year of prior experience in food or customer service, with a preference for those who have healthcare experience to better understand residents' unique needs. Courteous interaction, timely service, and adaptability to resident preferences are essential. Additionally, servers must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, maintain a polished appearance, and participate in required training such as ServSafe courses.
