We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing outstanding food and beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience that aligns with the company’s culture and guiding principles. The position requires someone who genuinely enjoys making a positive difference in people’s day and is committed to delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service. The Restaurant Server will greet and welcome guests warmly, suggest menu specials using suggestive selling techniques, and ensure that the restaurant environment is clean, pleasant, and prepared for guest arrivals. Emphasis is placed on compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff, and projecting a professional image to all patrons.
The Server's responsibilities also include taking accurate food and beverage orders, promptly delivering them, presenting the check, and processing payments efficiently. This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills to interact effectively with guests, coworkers, and supervisors. Additionally, the Server is expected to adhere to the hotel's operational standards, complete assigned side work during opening and closing shifts, and promptly report any unusual occurrences to supervisors. The position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, move continuously throughout the shift, and lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Flexibility in work scheduling is necessary, with open availability for weekends and holidays. Job Requirements
- Ability to take food and beverage orders correctly
- Promptly present the guest with a check and collect all monies for full payment
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- Perform duties efficiently in accordance with company policies

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide value added service to guests by doing whatever is reasonable and possible to meet or exceed the guest expectations
- Communication effectively with guests, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ensure that the restaurant is in proper condition for the arrival of guest
- Complete opening and closing side work as directed by your supervisor/manager
- Greet and welcome all guests with a smile at the tables, suggest specials using suggestive selling techniques
- Adhere to hotel’s standards of operations
- Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe and secure environment for guests and associates
- Maintain a clean, pleasant, and professional image to the guest
