Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service or restaurant server role preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
- suggest sale of beverages appetizers and desserts
- take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- collect and deliver food orders promptly
- ensure the customer is well taken care of offer drink refills and clear unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
