In addition to order management, this position requires assisting guests with any inquiries, upselling additional menu items when appropriate, and monitoring age to prevent minors from purchasing alcoholic beverages. Handling payment transactions, including cash and credit cards, with accuracy and integrity is also a key responsibility. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining tables and related tableware is necessary to ensure our restaurant's inviting atmosphere is upholded throughout service hours. Ideal candidates will be approachable, patient, and maintain a positive attitude even during the busiest shifts, ensuring that customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
