This role requires certification in food safety and first aid, as well as a compassionate demeanor and desire to work closely with the elderly population. Milestone offers full-time employees comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans with employer match, generous paid time off, and additional voluntary benefits such as pet insurance and an employee assistance program. The position supports professional development and encourages staff to thrive within a respectful and inclusive workplace environment.

Choosing a Server role at Milestone means becoming part of a company where your contributions have a lasting impact on seniors’ lives. The company values diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds who share their passion for making a difference. This opportunity is especially well-suited for individuals who are committed to providing attentive customer service and who possess strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
