Clarendale at Bellevue Place is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Server to join its culinary team. This role is pivotal in delivering a warm and inviting dining experience for residents by ensuring every meal service meets high standards of food quality, presentation, and service etiquette. The position requires hands-on involvement in serving functions within the community, including setting tables, maintaining workstation order, taking orders, and providing courteous and gracious service. This full-scope service role places a strong emphasis on cleanliness, sanitation, and dining room appearance, creating an atmosphere that promotes senior engagement and enhances resident satisfaction.

This opportunity offers a competitive starting wage of $16 to $18 per hour based on experience, accompanied by an attractive benefits package including daily pay, 401(k) with matching contributions, dental, health, and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and referral incentives. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and compassionate individual passionate about hospitality and senior care. Previous experience in food service and working with seniors is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum completion of sophomore year in high school is required to qualify for this role.
