As a server, you will be the face of Red Lobster, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed from the moment they are seated. Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Suggest sale of beverages, appetizers, and desserts
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • Collect and deliver food orders in a timely manner
  • Ensure the customer is well attended, offer beverage refills and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety standards
