The Server position at Brooksby Village offers a fantastic entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in hospitality or gain valuable food service experience. This role supports dinner service in the community’s independent living restaurants, with shifts from 3:45 PM to 7:30/8:00 PM, three times per week, including one weekend shift. This schedule is ideal for students or anyone seeking flexible after-school and weekend work without late nights, as shifts end by 8 PM.

In this role, you will develop expertise in the restaurant’s menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods, gradually becoming a subject matter expert. You will engage positively with residents and guests, highlighting menu options and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential as you record food and beverage orders, ensuring that every guest receives the highest quality service.

Brooksby Village provides on-the-job training, making this position accessible even if you have no prior experience in food service.
