Servers at CPK play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences by embodying the company’s High 5 service principles: loving CPK and making guests feel it, encouraging everyone to be authentic and have fun, collaborating as a team to serve guests better, focusing obsessively on service details, and passionately selling menu items because of their genuine belief in the quality of the food and drinks offered.

Servers must be adept at working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable attention to detail. They are responsible for practicing safe food handling procedures, including being aware of allergens and knowing how to manage food safety effectively to uphold guest health and safety standards. Additionally, servers are expected to operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle cash with diligence.
