The part-time position offers competitive pay starting at $13 per hour, with shifts scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. The role involves much more than basic serving duties; it includes being a "Host with the Most" by warmly greeting residents, fostering meaningful interactions, and ensuring a pleasant dining environment. You will also take part in meal preparation, such as prepping tables, salads, and silverware as the "Peppy Prepper," ensuring everything is in place for a successful service. Maintaining cleanliness as a "Titan of Tidiness" by bussing tables and sweeping floors is vital to uphold the welcoming community atmosphere.Arrow Senior Living values communication and attentiveness; part of your responsibility will be to observe residents’ dietary habits and report any changes to supervisors or wellness staff as an "Appetite Anthropologist." This holistic approach to dining services reflects the company's commitment to resident health and well-being. The ideal candidate is energetic, positive, and passionate about working with seniors, capable of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting items up to 50 pounds frequently. Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety, including helping after falls, are key aspects of the role. Employees are required to undergo criminal background checks and must be at least sixteen years old with proficiency in English to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
