We are currently seeking dedicated and energetic Servers to join our team. This part-time, hourly, non-exempt position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about providing top-notch guest service and contributing to a friendly and welcoming dining environment. The Server role is essential in ensuring every guest receives first-class service combined with an exceptional hospitality experience that reflects the values of The Pacific Catch. Servers will report directly to the General Manager and be instrumental in maintaining high standards of service throughout their shift.

At The Pacific Catch, the Server's responsibilities go beyond merely taking orders; it involves creating memorable interactions with guests by presenting the drink menu, making food and beverage recommendations, and answering any questions guests may have. Prompt and accurate order processing through the POS system, diligent payment handling, and attentive table maintenance are critical elements of the role. Servers are expected to be proactive in up-selling menu items when appropriate and ensuring guests feel cared for from the moment they are seated until they leave.

Given the nature of the dining industry, this is a dynamic position with variable schedules, including mandatory weekend availability. The hourly wage is competitive, starting at $19.50 per hour, which reflects the organization's commitment to valuing its team members. Physical stamina is required as Servers will be on their feet for extended periods and may need to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
