We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Servers, with options for part-time or full-time employment. The role involves delivering excellent dining services to our senior residents by using proper serving etiquette and creating a welcoming dining atmosphere. This position is ideal for candidates who value meaningful work without late-night hours, as shifts are scheduled to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Part-time shifts are available from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., including weekends, while full-time shifts run from 6:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. Starting pay for this position is $16 per hour.

As a Dining Room Server at Clarendale of Mokena, you will be responsible for upholding community standards including cleanliness, sanitation, and organized presentation. You will ensure that food quality, appearance, and presentation meet or exceed standards, all while maintaining the dining room’s appearance and table settings. Your duties include taking orders, providing gracious and courteous service, answering questions about the menu, and promoting an enjoyable and inviting dining experience for our residents.
