Located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, 30hop is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. This role offers a flexible yet rewarding opportunity for those looking to grow professionally in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Server at 30hop, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. Our Servers work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service, maintaining the high standards that our customers expect. In addition to a competitive hourly wage of $7.50 plus tips (with tip-outs paid nightly), we provide a supporting team culture that values professional growth and personal achievement.

This role demands availability on weekends, especially Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with shift lengths ranging from 4 to 8 hours based on your availability. At 30hop, we understand that being a Server isn’t just about taking orders; it’s about anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area. You will have plenty of variety in your duties, including welcoming guests, guiding them through menu choices, processing payments, and supporting teammates during busy times.
