Umami Riot is seeking a Server who embodies confidence, intentionality, and an ability to transform good service into an unforgettable experience. The role is central to the guest experience, requiring an individual who can lead with a warm, polished presence while providing attentive, guide-first service. Servers are expected to deftly read the room, fluidly navigate the menu to offer thoughtful recommendations and pairings, and maintain impeccable timing and presentation throughout the meal. Beyond serving food and beverages, this role demands an active contribution to maintaining a clean and inviting dining space, supporting the team with opening, closing, and restocking tasks, and consistently delivering a guest-focused, professional demeanor.
