As a Server at Stars and Strikes, you will play a crucial role in creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for every guest. We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals who are passionate about guest service and eager to contribute to our lively environment. The Server position involves promptly serving food and beverages, responsibly handling alcoholic beverages, and engaging with guests to ensure their dining and entertainment experience exceeds expectations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and enjoys making meaningful connections with customers.

The ideal candidate will be welcoming, guest service-driven, and able to work weekends and holidays to accommodate our busy entertainment schedules. While previous serving experience of at least one year is preferred, we also highly value a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Servers are expected to have thorough knowledge of the menu and interact enthusiastically with guests as they make their food and beverage choices. Key responsibilities include taking and entering orders accurately, delivering food and drinks promptly, processing payments, and continuously ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit by checking back, maintaining drink levels, and promptly responding to any needs.
