The Guest Service Expert role is pivotal in creating an immersive dining experience that extends beyond just serving food. This role calls for individuals who take initiative and are dedicated to delivering a wide range of guest services to ensure the utmost enjoyment of meals and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining professionalism in appearance and conduct, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards, and engaging positively with guests to enhance their experience. The role requires physical activity such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving over various surfaces, and handling objects up to 50 pounds with assistance. The Guest Service Expert communicates closely with kitchen staff and manages tasks such as setting tables, serving guests, and maintaining clean work environments and supplies. Job Requirements

- ability to work day and evening shifts

- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- capable of moving over sloping or slippery surfaces
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance
