The Server role is pivotal in our event operations, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests throughout the duration of events. You will coordinate closely with event planners, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to guarantee the timely delivery of food and beverages, as well as a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Key responsibilities include setting up event spaces with all necessary components such as tables, chairs, linens, and place settings; accurately taking and delivering orders while accommodating special dietary requests or allergies; and maintaining event cleanliness by clearing tables and assisting with breakdown after events conclude. This role demands a strong physical capability, as it requires lifting items up to 45 pounds, prolonged standing or walking up to 10 hours daily, and working in various temperature-controlled settings.

In addition to physical stamina, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Experience as a high-volume server and certifications like ServeSafe or TIPS are preferred but not mandatory, reflecting the importance we place on professionalism and food safety practices.
