Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server
Ability to confidently describe menu items including ingredients and allergens
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience handling guest concerns professionally
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment
Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, highlighting any allergens
Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment
Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace
Confidence when speaking to guests and creating a memorable experience for them
Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service
A passion for food and beverages with the ability to provide recommendations

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued
Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions when appropriate
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
Handle guest requests, concerns, or special occasions with professionalism and grace
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room
Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment
Stay up-to-date on menu changes, promotions, and seasonal offerings
