  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server
  • Ability to confidently describe menu items including ingredients and allergens
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience handling guest concerns professionally
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Availability to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment
  • Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, highlighting any allergens
  • Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment
  • Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace

Job Duties
