As a Guest Service Expert within the hotel’s Food and Beverage department, your role transcends simply serving food and drink. You are instrumental in crafting a unique, memorable experience for every guest, going above and beyond to offer attentive and personalized service. Responsibilities include preparing tables, coordinating with the kitchen, engaging with guests, and maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas. This role demands physical stamina, including standing for extended periods, walking on varied surfaces, bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and performing tasks that require flexibility and movement.
