The current opportunity is for a Food and Beverage Service Expert, a part-time, non-management position based in Dearborn, Michigan at one of the Autograph Collection hotels. This role is fundamental in delivering an extraordinary guest experience that transcends serving food and beverages. The Food and Beverage Service Expert steps beyond traditional duties by taking initiative in all aspects of service, from setting tables and coordinating with the kitchen to engaging guests in a warm and professional manner. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness in work and storage areas and ensuring that all guest interactions contribute to a memorable and seamless dining experience.

This position operates in both day and evening shifts, requiring the candidate to remain active throughout their shift. The job involves a range of physical activities such as standing, walking for extended periods, maneuvering on uneven or slippery surfaces, lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds without assistance, and performing various physical motions like bending, twisting, stretching, and crouching. The Food and Beverage Service Expert must consistently perform tasks with excellence to enhance guest satisfaction and support the efficient operation of the hotel. Adherence to company guidelines, maintenance of quality standards, and upholding a professional appearance and demeanor are essential aspects of this role.
