The role of Server at Yard House is integral to maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physically capable of standing and walking for long periods
- able to carry trays and lift up to 25 pounds
- possess excellent customer service skills
- willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and courteously
- take accurate food and drink orders
