Joining the team as a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating outstanding dining experiences for guests, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand's dedication to quality and service. Your responsibilities will involve facilitating seamless guest dining journeys, anticipating needs, efficiently taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a warm and professional rapport with guests. By adhering to the Auberge Collection's rigorous standards, you will contribute to the overall ambiance and success of the dining venue. This role requires knowledge of menu offerings, including unique and luxurious items, enabling you to enhance sales through thoughtful suggestions and upselling strategies.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
- Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to lift up, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry
- Good knowledge of food and wine
- Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred
- Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol
- Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
- Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position
- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to lift up, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently
- Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining a consistently heartfelt and high-quality service
- Comply with Auberge Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling unique menu items
- Contribute to improving the F&B sales revenues by being knowledgeable about all menu items
- Accurately and quickly take and place orders and input them into the POS system ensuring correct timing and billing
- Prepare the guest check accurately and collect payment or signature, as required
- Operate, maintain and properly clean all restaurant equipment and fittings
- Ensure that the restaurant is tidy and organized at all times
- Use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper skills and food safety guidelines
