As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the brand's dedication to excellence. In this position, you will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests with a warm smile, suggesting menu items such as drinks, appetizers, and desserts, and accurately taking food and beverage orders using the POS system. Timely delivery of orders, attentive check-ins to ensure guest satisfaction, refilling drinks, and clearing unused items are essential duties. You'll be responsible for presenting and settling guest checks promptly while inviting patrons to return for future visits. Maintaining food safety standards is also a critical aspect of the role.

Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as the stamina to stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Teamwork is key, as is a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and welcome them when seated
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
  • promptly pick up and deliver food orders
  • ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing unused items
  • deliver and settle bills promptly
  • thank customers and invite them to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
