The Server position at Atlas Restaurant Group is critical in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that the company upholds. In this role, the server’s primary responsibility is to ensure an uncompromising dining experience for guests throughout their visit. This includes demonstrating genuine hospitality, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining a neat and clean workspace. Servers are expected to multitask effectively, work collaboratively within a team setting, and have a thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings.
Servers will be engaging directly with customers, answering questions about menu options, making recommendations based on customers’ preferences, and accurately communicating orders to kitchen staff. A strong understanding of food and beverage is essential to provide informed suggestions that enhance the guest experience. Additionally, servers are responsible for handling transactions involving cash, credit, and debit cards, ensuring accuracy, and delivering correct change where necessary.
The role requires the ability to stay guest-focused at all times, sustaining an excellent customer experience that encourages repeat patronage. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all working stations and performing daily and weekly cleaning duties are key components of the job to meet the group’s sanitation standards. Knowledge of cleanliness and sanitation is beneficial and may require a food handler's certification, depending on state regulations.

Compensation varies by state, with hourly rates plus tips, reflecting local labor laws and minimum wage standards. Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant industry
- high school diploma or equivalent
- meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
- must have a valid form of identification
- ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
- excellent customer service skills with a polite and attentive demeanor
- flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- able to work in a team serving environment
- may require a food handler's certification depending on local regulations
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in restaurant industry

Job Duties
- Answer questions about the menu, sell restaurant’s food and drinks, and communicate orders with the kitchen
