We are currently seeking an experienced Server to join our team at JJ's Grill. This role is pivotal in delivering the exceptional dining experience that our guests expect. As a Server, you will be the face of JJ's Grill, responsible for taking and serving food and drink orders while ensuring our guests have an enjoyable visit from start to finish. Your passion for food and dining will shine as you go above and beyond to meet and exceed guest expectations. A natural people person with strong interpersonal skills, you will play a key role in building lasting guest relationships and maintaining a smooth flow between guests and kitchen staff.

In this fast-paced role, attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential. You will suggest and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience, maintain an up-to-date knowledge of menu promotions, ingredients, and prep times, and promptly address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Additionally, handling guest payments accurately and courteously is an important aspect of the Server role.
