Job Description

This position is offered by a well-established scratch kitchen restaurant known for its commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience through fresh, made-from-scratch menu items. The restaurant operates with a team-oriented culture and a focus on hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. With locations that value work-life balance, the restaurant is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, allowing team members to enjoy holidays with their families. We are currently hiring full-time and part-time hourly Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters to join our dedicated team. This role is central to the restaurant’s mission of celebrating life, family, and food by providing personalized, outstanding service to all guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering an amazing hospitality experience, understanding the menu thoroughly, and guiding guests through their dining journey from order placement to payment processing. This role offers opportunities for training and advancement, and no previous experience is required as paid on-the-job training is provided. Job Duties

  • Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest's questions
  • Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments
  • Understands restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
