The Server role plays a critical part in this mission by joining the culinary team responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience. Unlike traditional server positions, this role emphasizes work-life balance with no late-night hours, as residents prefer earlier meal times. Servers are paid a flat hourly rate without tips to maintain equity and protect the residents’ dignity. The position involves providing courteous and efficient table service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room, contributing directly to the comfort and enjoyment of each dining occasion. Key responsibilities include taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately, assisting with special requests, monitoring the salad bar for proper supply and temperature, and maintaining the cleanliness and resetting of tables to ensure a pleasant dining environment.
