We are currently seeking outstanding individuals to join our culinary team as Servers. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the dining experience for residents by delivering efficient, courteous, and professional service during meal times. Unlike typical server positions, this role emphasizes work-life balance with no late-night shifts, as residents prefer early meals. Servers receive a flat hourly rate and do not accept tips, ensuring a respectful, equitable service environment for residents. The position involves working in an elegant restaurant-style dining room where you will provide excellent customer service to residents and their guests. Your duties will include accurately taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders; assisting with special requests; monitoring food supplies such as the salad bar to ensure quality; and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining area by clearing and setting tables.
