We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. This role is essential in upholding The Capital Grille's reputation for exceptional service. Servers act as ambassadors of hospitality, delivering a distinctive dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service that meets or exceeds guest expectations. The primary responsibilities of the position include guiding guests through the menu, offering expert beverage and food recommendations, and accurately taking orders to enhance the overall dining experience. This position offers variable pay depending on location in addition to tips, with pay distributed weekly, ensuring consistent and competitive compensation.
