The Server role at Red Lobster is vital to the dining experience, combining attentive service with a friendly, engaging demeanor. Servers are the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in ensuring patrons enjoy their visit from start to finish. Responsibilities include greeting customers warmly, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts, accurately taking and entering food and drink orders into the POS system, and delivering orders promptly. Servers are also responsible for monitoring guest satisfaction, offering refills, clearing unused items, and processing payments efficiently while encouraging repeat visits.

This position requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. Physical demands include standing for 8 to 12-hour shifts, safely lifting up to 30 pounds, and the ability to bend, reach, and squat as necessary to perform job functions.
