This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the Gold Leaf Dining experience by providing efficient, courteous, and attentive service to residents and their guests during meals. Different from typical server roles, this position offers early work hours to align with the preferences of their residents while promoting a healthy work-life balance. Servers receive a flat hourly wage with no tipping to protect residents and maintain a consistent pay structure. As a Server at Legend Senior Living, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service in an elegant, restaurant-style dining environment, accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders, assisting with special requests, monitoring and maintaining the salad bar’s supply and temperature, and clearing and resetting tables efficiently.
