The role of a Server at Red Lobster is vital to maintaining the company's high standards of guest experience. Servers are responsible for welcoming customers with a friendly smile, suggesting beverages, appetizers, and desserts to enhance their dining experience, and accurately taking and entering food and drink orders into the POS system. They ensure timely delivery of orders and verify that customers are well attended, offering refills and clearing unused items promptly. This position requires flexibility as it is part-time, with shifts that can range from 8 to 12 hours.
