We are currently seeking dedicated Guest Service Experts to join our Food and Beverage team. This full-time, non-management role offers an hourly wage of $7.25 plus tips, with flexible open availability for both day and evening shifts. As a Guest Service Expert, your primary mission extends beyond simply serving food and beverages. You play an essential role in crafting an unforgettable dining experience that delights guests from the moment they arrive to the time they settle their bill. This position requires an individual who is proactive and attentive, ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable experience.

Your responsibilities will include setting tables, liaising with the kitchen staff, interacting with guests, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and order in both work and storage areas. The Guest Service Expert role is physically active, involving standing, walking, moving across various surfaces, and performing tasks such as lifting and carrying items weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance. The position requires flexibility and stamina, as well as a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
