The role is non-management and offers an hourly wage ranging from $13.66, with a training and paid time off (PTO) rate of $22.00 per hour. The Food and Beverage team member plays a crucial role in guest satisfaction by serving food courses and alcoholic beverages with attentiveness and professionalism. Team members are expected to use the MICROS point-of-sale system to record transactions efficiently and ensure that guests are satisfied during their dining experience through regular check-ins. Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and dining ware throughout the shift is essential, along with completing closing duties such as restocking supplies and securing the workspace.
