Job Duties

- provide thoughtful recommendations and engage in suggestive selling to enhance the guest experience
- clearly communicate dietary restrictions, allergens, and modifications with accuracy
- accurately enter orders into pos systems, ensuring all modifications and special requests are clear
- coordinate with back-of-house teams to ensure proper pacing and timely delivery of food
- verify order accuracy before serving and maintain awareness of table progress throughout the meal
- keep your section clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- maintain tables through proper clearing, resetting, and overall upkeep
- complete opening, side work, and closing duties to standard
