The opportunity at La Gourmandise is to join their dynamic food and beverage team as a full-time non-management role focused on delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role is designed for someone passionate about food and beverage service, who enjoys interacting with guests and strives to make dining memorable. The position requires skill in greeting guests warmly, ensuring timely attendance at tables, serving food and beverages efficiently, and sharing knowledgeable recommendations about the menu. Candidates will record transactions accurately using the MICROS system, engage with guests to guarantee satisfaction with each dish and drink, and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas by replenishing supplies and resetting tables.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and attend tables promptly
- serve food and beverages to guests and provide recommendations when necessary
- share menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- accurately and timely record transactions using the MICROS system
- approach guests to ensure satisfaction with each dish and beverage
- clean tables, complete closing tasks and replenish dishware and other supplies
