Your duties will include offering beverage, wine, and cocktail recommendations while ensuring that you verify guests' legal drinking age whenever necessary. Staying well-informed about menu items, daily specials, and allergy information is vital to accurately assist guests and provide appropriate recommendations. You will take beverage and food orders, enter them accurately into the POS system, and monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks and clearing plates promptly.\n\nThe role demands constant communication with guests to anticipate their needs and respond politely and professionally to any requests. Efficiently processing various payment methods, including credit cards, cash, and gift cards, is part of the responsibilities, along with maintaining a cash bank if required.
