Specializing in restaurant operations, the group prides itself on its dedication to genuine hospitality, superior customer service, and fostering a work environment that values teamwork and employee development. With a diverse portfolio of restaurant properties, Atlas Restaurant Group emphasizes high standards in food quality, beverage service, and cleanliness, making it a preferred destination for diners seeking memorable culinary experiences. Employment with Atlas Restaurant Group offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, with competitive wage structures that include hourly pay plus tips, varying by state, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

The Server role at Atlas Restaurant Group involves being the front line of hospitality, responsible for creating an uncompromising dining experience from the guest's arrival to their departure. Servers are expected to demonstrate authentic hospitality, efficiently manage multiple tasks, and contribute positively to the team. The role demands proficiency in menu knowledge, food and beverage understanding, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of service areas. Furthermore, this position requires handling financial transactions accurately and offering tailored recommendations based on guest preferences.

Serving under fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure conditions, the Server must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain a polite and attentive demeanor. Flexibility in working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a key aspect of the job. Depending on local laws, a food handler's certification may be necessary. The Server operates in a restaurant environment characterized by moderate noise levels and requires physical stamina for tasks including standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.

Atlas Restaurant Group invests in its staff by offering learning and development programs, opportunities for career mobility and advancement, and a supportive work culture that encourages feedback, accountability, and emotional intelligence. Full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k contributions, company-paid life and AD&D insurance, pet insurance, and discounts at company properties. Part-time team members also benefit from 401k contributions, life insurance, development programs, advancement opportunities, and property discounts.

Joining Atlas Restaurant Group means becoming part of a company that values its people and the local community, with a promise to support and grow alongside its employees through regular interactions with ownership and senior management.
