The role we are hiring for is that of a dine-in food and beverage Server, also referred to as Waitress or Waiter. These team members play a pivotal role in representing the restaurant’s brand and are essential to providing an exceptional guest experience. Servers are the face of the restaurant when interacting with guests, requiring outstanding customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. The job involves anticipating guests’ needs, guiding them through the menu, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of the dining experience. This is a highly dynamic position that requires multitasking and the ability to work well within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
