  • Obtain a valid TAPS card
  • Obtain a Food Handlers card
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in similar server setting preferred
  • Experience in a customer service setting
  • Ability to multitask while providing exceptional guest service
  • Working knowledge of spirits, beer, and wines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to seasonal menu changes and special events

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
  • Learn menu items and daily specials
  • Maintain working knowledge of spirits, beer, and wines
  • Write orders on check and enter ordered items in RTP system
  • Serve courses from kitchen and bar
  • Observe diners to respond to additional requests and determine when meal has been completed
  • Assist in preparation of some items as determined by Outlet Chef and Outlet Manager
  • Clear and reset counters and/or tables at conclusion of each course, arrange table setting
