Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- ability to check identification responsibly
- knowledge of safe alcohol service practices
- basic computer skills for operating sales terminals
- ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical condition to perform lifting and bending
- flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Cheerfully and sincerely greet each customer when making first contact
- ensure the safe and controlled service of all alcoholic beverages by checking identification and monitoring customers for signs of intoxication
- ensure the proper and immediate ringing on computer register of all food and beverage orders
- ensure accurate and efficient sales transactions with good working knowledge of charges and the computer terminal
- fully understand and correctly apply the employee discount program
- stock and restock the server station including condiments, cups, mugs, bread, butter, napkins, and beverages
- fill all tabletop condiment holders and napkin dispensers
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by wiping and spraying all work surfaces
- pre-buss guest tables and ensure dishes, glassware, silverware, and trash are placed in appropriate bus tubs
- reconcile paperwork with manager at the end of each shift
- close down server section by sweeping, refilling salt, pepper, and sugar holders, wiping and straightening tables and chairs, and placing napkin holders on each table
- report any irregularities to management regarding guest behavior, food product concerns, employee relations, and equipment problems
- develop good working relationships with coworkers demonstrating cooperation and teamwork
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
