MVW is currently looking for a Part-Time Seasonal Server to join their dedicated team. This role is vital in assisting the Owners and guests during their vacation experiences by providing exceptional service at on-site dining locations. Servers are the face of MVW hospitality, playing a key role in crafting memorable vacation memories through attentive and courteous service. The position offers an hourly wage of $16.90 and requires availability for 1st and 2nd shifts, including weekends and holidays. As a Server at MVW, you will be responsible for greeting guests, taking and delivering accurate food and drink orders, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The role includes setting tables, communicating dietary requirements to the kitchen, and ensuring guests are satisfied with each course. You will also handle payment processing adhering to all cash and credit policies. Beyond routine duties, Servers at MVW are expected to prioritize any outstanding guest requests promptly to guarantee a seamless and positive experience.

This position emphasizes guest experience and company standards, requiring the ability to welcome and anticipate guest needs, interact professionally with colleagues and guests, and actively contribute to team goals.
