The Server role at Red Lobster is a vital position responsible for ensuring an excellent dining experience for every guest. Servers are the face of the restaurant, welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive service throughout their visit. The position involves suggestive selling of drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Accuracy is key, as servers take and enter food and drink orders via the POS system correctly to ensure timely and precise service. They also deliver food orders promptly, monitor guests’ needs by providing refills and clearing tables as needed, and efficiently handle the check-out process by delivering and settling checks with a friendly attitude. Adherence to all food safety standards is required to guarantee guest wellbeing. Physical demands include the ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant during shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours, bending, reaching, stooping, and safely lifting up to 30 pounds. Teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent multitasking skills are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
- suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
- picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
- checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
- delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- following all food safety standards
